ICT Consulting
Technology planned before the walls close.
Low voltage systems are usually the last thing planned and the first thing that causes problems at move-in. Promised Land Solutions brings RCDD-credentialed technology planning to the front of the design process, so buildings open with every system working and without a stack of change orders.
What it does
Technology strategy
Define what the building actually needs, validate the budget, and set a roadmap before construction documents are finalized.
Low voltage design
Construction-ready documentation covering structured cabling, pathways, and every low voltage discipline in the project.
Telecom coordination
Carrier strategy, contract negotiation, construction coordination, and activation, so services are live at occupancy.
Owner's representation
Independent advocacy through design and construction, protecting scope and budget on the owner's behalf.
Bid and scope support
Detailed scopes of work and bid packages that let contractors price the same job the same way.
Commissioning oversight
System validation and turnover documentation, verifying that what was designed is what got installed.
Independent, and credentialed
Our ICT practice is led by an RCDD — a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, the BICSI credential for telecommunications infrastructure design. That matters because the drawings have to hold up to the people who build from them.
We do not install systems, sell products, or represent manufacturers. Our recommendations come from what the project needs and what it will cost to own over time, not from an installation margin or a vendor relationship on the back end.
What goes wrong without it
- Technology budgets that balloon mid-construction because scopes were never defined
- System conflicts discovered after drawings are already stamped
- Vendor-driven specifications that optimize for product sales rather than the building
- Carrier services that arrive weeks after occupancy because nobody started the process early enough
Where it fits
The AI side of our business runs on infrastructure. Being able to design the network, the pathways, and the carrier services and then deploy the communications platform on top of them is why clients bring us both problems.
Typical deliverables
- Technology needs assessment and owner requirements documentation
- RCDD-stamped low voltage design drawings
- Structured cabling and pathway design
- System specifications and detailed scopes of work
- Budget benchmarking and validation
- Carrier strategy, selection, and contract negotiation
- Construction administration and site observation
- Commissioning oversight and turnover documentation
